Marine auxiliary generating sets

Auxiliary marine series "EM" gensets are designed to work on ships of all classes, types and purposes. Units are made on the basis of modern and original diesel engines DEUTZ, SCANIA, J. Deere, Lombardini, Mitsubishi and others. Available with all cooling systems which match the requirements of the classification societies: HE-double circuit with heat exchanger and seawater pump, KC – keel cooling. Alternator - STAMFORD synchronous type with brushless excitation system, with AVR, anti- condensate heated. On-demand - temperature sensors in the windings. Units can be automated to any degree of automation, as well as prepared for synchronization to work in parallel. Power supply for starting and control systems is 2-pin isolated 24 V or 12 V. Starting system: electric or pneumatic. Fuel system with double-walled high-pressure pipeline with leakage monitoring or without monitoring. Operation panel - microprocessor type. Depending on the design and technical requirements - additional control panel, and (or) control for remote control. Execution and completion of units depends on the specifics of the project and strictly stipulates the technical specification. Options: double (swichable) fuel pre-filters, fuel filters, oil filters, various types of air bulbs for pneumatic starter, spark arrestors, wet exhaust, a set of motorized potentiometers for synchronization to be installed in the main switchboard of the vessel, etc. Documentation – operation manuals, spare parts catalogues. Marine emergency generating sets

Emergency  marine "E" series gensets are made on the basis of modern and original diesel engines DEUTZ, SCANIA, J. Deere, Lombardini, and others. Available with following cooling systems: RC – radiator cooling, AC – air cooling type. Alternator - STAMFORD synchronous type with brushless excitation system, with AVR, anti- condensate heated. On-demand - temperature sensors in the windings. Units are automated. Automation microprocessor type. Power supply for starting and control systems is 2-pin isolated 24 V or 12 V. Fuel system with double-walled high-pressure pipeline with leakage monitoring or without monitoring. The main starting system - electric starter; Reserve start  could be provided by the additional switchable battery pack or by the second air, hydraulic or spring starter. Execution and completion of units depends on the specifics of the project and strictly stipulates the technical specification. Options:  double (swichable) fuel pre-filters, fuel filters, oil filters, additional panels for remote control and other accessories. Documentation – operation manuals, spare parts catalogues. Marine propulsion diesel aggregates with gearbox

"PM" series Diesel-gear units (DGU) are intended to drive main propulsion and auxiliary thruster systems on ships of all types with limited and unlimited navigation area. DGU are equally applicable to ships of sea and river-based. Modern 4-stroke DEUTZ, SCANIA, Mitsubishi, J. Deere, and Lombardini based diesel units, with the number of cylinders from 2 to 20 in-line or V-shaped arrangement have different cooling systems from a simple air to high performance liquid. Water cooling diesels, have an innovative multi-parallel indirect cooling system with heat exchanger and sea water pump or single-circuit keel type cooling system. Gear boxes: TWIN DISC, ZF, FINNOY, flexible couplings - VULKAN, Centa and others.  Gearbox control system may be simple mechanical (for small units) and hydraulic either with mechanical or electronic actuation. Available TVC (torsional vibrations calculation). All DGU are equipped with management, monitoring and protection alarm system in accordance with rules of main classification societies. DGU with capacity over 130 kW have the EIAPP certificate for engine according to IMO MARPOL 73/78, Annex VI. Documentation – operation manuals, spare parts catalogues. Marine propulsion systems and thrusters.
In recent years, the company is providing more and  more complex deliveries (ship-packages), including:
  • Main engines with gear boxes (DGU - diesel-gear units) with complete management, monitoring and protection alarm system of own production, and complete propulsion systems, including shafting, propellers (including CPP);
  • Different types of thrusters by known European companies SCHOTTEL, BRUNVOLL, FINNOY and others. Thrusters - tunnelling type, can be supplied with adjustable screws and fixed pitch. Internal and external rotation of the retractable thrusters provides manoeuvrability rotated through 360 °. Possible performance: thruster driven by the autonomous diesel. Various versions of nose over facilities for on board accommodation .

Marine diesel pumping units

Marine diesel pumps AN-60 (pumping out) and AN-30 (fire-fighting) with the bronze propeller (or impeller in stainless steel) are designed for rescue operations on ships. These models are portable units. Large aggregates of AN-105…AN-1000 models (and more powerful) of the stationary bases are established on the deck or into the engine room. Fire-fighting model AN-1000 / 140SJM capacity of 1000 m³ / hr and a maximum pressure of 140 m made on the basis of marine diesel engine SCANIA and marine Jason centrifugal pump with a special foam dispenser of the injection type. Start system air. Local control panel with automatic protection system. Optional remote control panel. The unit complies with all rules of the major classification societies. "Standard" series nomenclature for marine pumps do not exist, because each project individually. The factory can design, manufacture and supply the pumping unit with virtually any characteristics of the specified parameters.
